Now, Masia Molinar has two main houses:
- The current housing: that were the ancient blocks and barns.
- The old mill building: the low part was formerly the animals' corrals and the top floor for the family.
A house of 300m2 distributed on two floors and surrounded by a beautiful garden. That house has an entrance, 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, a big kitchen, etc. (Laundry room with washing machine, and heating room), with a maximum of 12 (or 16) seats.
You can rent the entire housing or just rooms.

The Molinar Masie is located at the Els Ports region, on the boundary between the Valencian Community, and Aragon. Part of the farm belongs to Olocau del Rey (Castellón) and another part to Mirambel (Teruel).
It is located at: 20 km / 20min from Morella, 180km / 2h from Valencia, 106km / 1h45 from Teruel

Un lugar mágico al que acudir para serenar el cuerpo y el alma. Ver los corzos al amanecer es toda una experiencia. Y contemplar la luna a través del telescopio fue de las cosas que más me maravillaron. Además, está cerca de varios de los pueblos más bonitos de España.
Me gusta ir a este espacio sagrado que es el Molinar, desconectas, te sanas y llegas a sentir una plena transformación.
Lugar muy apacible, tanto de día como de noche. Solo se oye el viento sobre las hojas y el murmullo del riachuelo. Rosa es un encanto. La masía está recién reformada, muy limpia y agradable. Si buscas tranquilidad, no te lo pienses.
Es un espacio ideal para quienes desean aprender a escuchar el silencio y conocer las ventajas del buen dormir. Rosa es una gran anfitriona, nos facilitó información del lugar y del entorno, enriqueciendo nuestro conocimiento sobre la historia del lugar.
Rosa´s home is lovely, in the most calm, quiet environment surrounded by nature. Watching the moon in the telescope was an unexpected bonus. A pity we didn`t stay longuer
